ABOUT PYTKA PERFORMANCE K9
Aldona J Pytka is a professional trainer with an extensive background in veterinary medicine. Her passion for canine training began in her childhood in Western Pennsylvania, where she grew up on a property dedicated to breeding and training field trial Labradors and Golden Retrievers, under the guidance of her father.
With over seven years of experience as a veterinary technician, Ali has worked across multiple disciplines, including general practice, emergency and critical care, orthopedics, and internal medicine. This diverse expertise equips her with a profound understanding of the scientific and biological aspects of animal care, which she seamlessly integrates into her training methodologies.
While living in Austria for several years, Ali discovered her love for the sport of Schutzhund and developed a particular admiration for the Dutch Shepherd breed. This experience significantly influenced her approach to training, bringing a new dimension of expertise and enthusiasm to her practice.
Ali has been training professionally since 2019, ultimately founding Pytka Performance K9 in 2024. She is committed to continuous professional development. She frequently attends seminars and takes continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of canine training techniques.
At Pytka Performance K9, Ali provides tailored training programs that are both evidence-based and empathetic, ensuring each dog receives individualized attention and care. Her involvement in Schutzhund, Dock Diving, and Barn Hunt with her two Dutch Shepherds, Rosalita and Creed, highlights her dedication to canine sports and continually refines her training techniques.
Ali is dedicated to advancing the capabilities and well-being of every dog she works with. Her professional approach and deep-seated knowledge make her an invaluable partner for those seeking to enhance their dog's behavior, skills, or performance in canine sports.
